The hamlet is a family business: requests are read by the family members who run the place, and by no one else.
- Legal identity of the controller
- SIRIUS SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of 10 000 €, registered with the Montpellier trade register under number 915 014 062, whose registered office is at 1900 boulevard de la Lironde, 34980 Montferrier-sur-Lez, France.
What we collect, and when
Only what you write in a form yourself. No account, no profiling, no advertising.
- Contact form: first name, surname, email, phone, type of project, dates you have in mind, number of guests and your message.
- A request built on the Weddings, Private events or Retreats pages: the same details, your company or partner’s name where the form asks for it, the occasion, and everything you selected — dates, number of guests, services and the matching estimate.
- The emails exchanged after your request.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Organising your stay once the date is booked: performance of the contract.
- Keeping accounting records: legal obligation.
- Protecting the site’s admin area: our legitimate interest in keeping the tool secure.
Who has access
The family who runs the hamlet, and the technical providers strictly needed to run the site, listed below. Your details are never passed to an outside supplier — caterer, DJ, florist or other — without your agreement.
- Railway, hosting and storage of requests, on infrastructure located in the European Union (Amsterdam).
- Resend, sending confirmation emails, on infrastructure located in Ireland.
- Google Workspace, the hamlet’s mailboxes.
- Google Analytics, audience measurement, only if you have accepted it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Railway and Google are US companies. This site’s data is hosted in Europe, and any transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Request with no follow-up: three years from our last exchange.
- Completed stay: five years after the stay, for accounting obligations.
- Copies of emails: the same period as the request they belong to.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookie. Audience measurement is handled by Google Analytics: it only runs after your consent, Google’s advertising signals are switched off, and its cookies are cut back to thirteen months. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; any cookie already set is then deleted.

Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to contact@lehameaudessources.com: we reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
Newsletter
The hamlet sends no newsletter. Your address is only used to answer your request, and for nothing else.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The admin area is protected by a password and a signed session. Requests are stored on a disk hosted in Europe, available only to the people who run the hamlet.
